Vince Capone is a noted speaker and marine technology instructor. Whether training military units in the interpretation of sonar imagery for mine hunting or explaining marine technology to a group of students, Vince's informative and compelling programs are tailored to each audience's needs. With over 30 years experience as a diver, marine scientist, teacher, sailor and expert in marine technology, Vince's presentations are multi-layered, comprehensive, and insightful.
Black laser Learning has developed user-specific seminars to focus training utilizing examples and content pertinent to the participants' mission. Training programs have been developed for the following sonar operators:

Black Laser Learning presented a successful "Hunting Submarines" seminar in March, 2009 as part of the Boston Sea Rovers' annual conference. The presentation was given excellent reviews by those in attendance (approximately 120). Many positive comments were made on the stunning visuals.
